Yes, it's another new section of the Dungeon---a dark, long-buried pit now opening to the sunlit world---in more ways than one.
These pieces (and there will be a few of them) come in response to a nudge from my artist, who thought it would be cool to explore what happened to Nightwolf in the years before Keith came to be with him in Khesh, and how the return of his lover changed him. This bunny bit me hard, and inspired some great art as well 8) This is the prequel to the main story, if you will; the Berkeley bits are the past in flashback mode, but this is a look at their beginnings in the new world through several viewpoints, and it fits in with all that follows. I just wasn't ready to write it till now. Or maybe, it wasn't ready to be fully revealed.
This is more Nightwolf's tale than Keith's. Those who wish him to remain a mystery probably shouldn't read these bits. Those who would like to understand the Godslayer more fully---read on.
